“A Home Buyers Dream”
If I think of a homebuyer’s agent and customer service, Lynette truly has set a standard of excellence that not many can match. Lynette represented me in a manner that made the experience of purchasing a new home for my son Colin and I, truly enjoyable. The bubbly personality and true professionalism are at the top of my list when I think of Lynette.
It was in an unusual way I met Lynette, she was representing the seller for a home in a neighborhood where I was renting a house. I wanted to see the prices for houses in the area. My first indication that Lynette was the agent for me was that she did not try to sell me this house. She spent time with me to understand my buying situation, the “home in my dreams” and then proceeded to send me Emails of homes that matched my profile. I was not sure what to expect next, as this was the first purchase of a home on the open market for me. As Lynette drove us around for the viewings, she told stated that it would be best to view 8-10 houses before making a decision and not to jump into a house that did not feel good. Here again I got the sense that Lynette was looking out for my interests and not just try to make a commission. We spent about the next 60 days trying to find me the “home in my dreams” with no success in the Salt Lake Valley. Again Lynette did not try to push me into one of the properties we had previously viewed. When I was feeling disillusioned and thinking of settling for less than the “home than my dreams”, Lynette provided me her opinion on a property I considered making an offer on, her opinion that day, “we can find better”.
As I now sit in the office in my home today, I want to thank Lynette for her opinion that day, and her desire to help me find the “home in my dreams”. I live in the “home in my dreams”, not a just a house, thanks to Lynette. The “home in my dreams” for Colin and I, is in Kamas. We have acreage and a stream that runs through the property. In the spring we will be able to fish in our stream and enjoy the peaceful serenity of the Kamas Valley. Our dogs are able to run free, explore the nearby fields and play with the other neighborhood dogs. The Uintas are our neighbors and the ability to hike there in the spring and summer, another dream that will come true.
I feel there are just a few people you meet in a lifetime that stay in your memory, some are from bad experiences, and other people share your memory from truly great experiences. I have welcomed Lynette into my memories as a result of an enjoyable and great experience. Thanks to Lynette, I feel the joy of living in the “home in my dreams” everyday and being able to raise Colin in a wonderful environment.

You listened to us. You were so patient with us and showed us what was right for us, not what you had for sale. You spent the time looking for just the right house for us. Thank you for the opportunity to rave about the service we received from the FoulgerGroup! We recently were in the market for a second home in Salt Lake. My husband and I both work full time in Nevada and couldn’t go to Salt Lake to house hunt. We found a few homes on a website and called the listing agents. Luckily one of them was Lynette Foulger.
She returned our call the same day and emailed us a list of potential homes within 15 minutes of the phone call. She then took the time to accompany my husband’s daughter to look at some of the homes and made sure we received all the information needed to make a good decision.
